
Amber hails from Queens, New York and attended New York University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts in History and East Asian Studies and a Master of Public Administration in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy. She is currently working on her dissertation towards a Doctor of Education Degree at Rutgers. Before joining the Princeton team, Amber worked at the United Nations and held several roles in sponsored research, financial management, and administration at New York University. She is currently the Undergraduate/Graduate Program Manager at High Meadows Environmental Institute (HMEI). She provides administrative leadership for HMEI’s teaching programs, including the Program in Environmental Studies, and works closely with faculty and students on curricular and course-related matters. She looks forward to joining a supportive, generous, and successful community. Fun fact: She is an ardent Mets fan, and enjoys roller skating.
