Alumni (and friends!) play a hugely important and powerful role in our FLI community, helping us to surround our scholars with mentorship, guidance, and care. We recognize that there is no "one-size-fits-all" brand of mentorship, so there are many different ways for you to get involved.
For instance, you may not be in the local area but still want to engage with the Princeton FLI community by sharing your experiences as an undergrad, glimpses of what your professional and career path as looked like post grad and participating in our FLI student/alumni mentorship program.
You may also be interested in being featured in one of our "Spotlight on an Alum" social media posts. If you identified as a first-generation or low-income student during your time at Princeton, we'd love to have you share your story with current SIFP Fellows through an online feature about first-gen, low-income (FLI) alumni.
If you’re interested in any of these opportunities, please contact Madison Stewart ([email protected]) or Dr. Andy Hakim ([email protected]) with your questions.
We are actively thinking of new ways for Princeton Alumni to connect with current FLI students, if you have thoughts, questions, or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out!
